Rough Jump Faces

There is nothing better than a freshly groomed track in the morning that is perfectly tilled.  The track might as well be an interstate which can make anyone feel like a pro.  However, once things get rough, you have pick and choose lines as well as deal with the challenging jump faces.  Those who ride [...]

Why does my GoPro Hero play back in slow motion using Windows Media Player

If trying to play GoPro captured video using Windows Media Player the footage will appear to run slower that it should. You need to use a player that supports the video format out of the box. I recommend VLC player a quick and easy solution. Yo can download this free media player from the http://www.videolan.org

Period.  They are intentionally designed to slow you down and rob you of momentum.  Because of the degree of difficulty, many riders struggle through them and are intimidated to practice them.  If you watched the Supercross Final in Las Vegas, I?m sure seeing Stewart [...]

Expect to see a lot of masculine Supercross guys wearing pink riding gear, or somehow sporting the color to show their support for this great cause. Also it is a Valentines weekend, so many of the guys are getting all kinds of lady love ...

RJ Says: Ride with me at A Day In The Dirt Motocross Grand Prix video

I've spent the past four days out at Pala MX Raceway for the annual A Day In The Dirt Motocross Grand Prix. It's three days of fun, family ... just a really great event. Where else can you ride with both your daughter and Jeremy McGrath?

But instead of telling you what it's about, I thought I'd share with you what it's like to do a lap in one of the Team races. A Team race is where you have a partner (I raced with Louis Franco) and you switch off each lap. You have to 'hand off' a wrist band to your partner - and then he takes off to do the next lap.
