Australasian Supercross Champion Josh Hansen to Race at Inaugural Monster Energy Cup

Feld Motor Sports has announced today that Josh Hansen, of Elbert, Colo., will race at the inaugural Monster Energy Cup on October 15 at Las Vegas Sam Boyd Stadium.

The accomplished 27-year old Supercross Lites class rider has competed in seven Lites class and two Supercross class seasons. Throughout his journey in both the Eastern and Western Lites class divisions, Hansen has earned seven race wins, eight podium finishes, and 21 top ten finishes. Hansen's career-best overall finish of second was in 2005, where he fell shy of the championship by way of tiebreaker.

AMA National Motocross Preview - Spring Creek MX - Round 7

A lot going on this weekend in the world of motocross racing. There are three classes of MX in the USA at Millville MN - the 450 Motocross class, the 250 MX Lites class, and the Women's class.

You've got lots of champions racing this week - Chad Reed sits atop the Motocross point standings, and Chad has won an AMA Motocross Championship before (2009) and two Supercross titles (2004, 2008). You've bot current Supercross Champion Ryan Villopoto, who's also won three AMA 250 MX Lites Championships, and taken top individual honors at the 2007 Motocross of Nations for Team USA.
